– 4 medium zucchini – 1 lb (450g) ground meat (beef, turkey, or      chicken) – 1 small onion, finely chopped – 2 cloves garlic, minced – 1 cup marinara sauce – 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or      a blend) – 1 tsp Italian seasoning – Salt and pepper to taste – Olive oil – Fresh parsley or basil, for garnish (optional)



Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Preheat the Oven:

– Cut the zucchinis in half lengthwise. – Scoop out the flesh with a spoon, leaving       about a 1/4 inch thick shell on each half. – Chop the scooped-out flesh and set it aside       to add to the filling.
